Why I'm starting Rooted Mothers Circle Membership...

Updated: Jul 1

I am starting Rooted Mothers Circle because I can't keep pretending that mothers are getting what they need in ten-minute appointments, comment sections, or curated squares. We are meant for something deeper.

After over a decade of midwifery — and raising six children of my own — I’ve seen how

isolating modern motherhood has become. I walked it. The system isn’t designed to support us. And many of us are doing the hardest, most sacred work of our lives without real community, without ceremony, and without rest.

This past year cracked me wide open my friends. I’m walking through divorce, redefining home, and rethinking what it means to be held. Through it all, I realized I didn’t just want to keep midwifing births — I wanted to help midwife mothers. I wanted to walk alongside women. Over and over again. Through every season.

Rooted Mothers Circle is being born from that knowing. It’s becoming a sacred space to return to your instincts, your rhythm, your roots. A place to talk about the real things — birth, body, burnout, beauty — without being reduced to a diagnosis needing pills or algorithm needing resetting. This will be a place to feel seen, nourished, and human again.

There’s more I want to share — and I will, inside the membership. That’s where more of my full story will live, alongside a growing content base of seasonal and nature based rhythms, lunar and cycle wisdom, birth and postpartum guidance, and a growing circle of women walking this path together.

If this speaks to you… come peek inside, the first week is free.

If you want to help it grow, jump in and become a founding member at $13/mo and participate in content release and the growth of our circle.

With roots and reverence,

Randi Fay🌿 Your Midwife
