Hi! I'm Maria, a Student Dona Certified Postpartum Doula offering services to make your postpartum "stay-cation" downright dreamy! My goal is to lighten your load so that you can rest, heal and bond with your baby!

- MOTHERS HELPER: light housekeeping, cooking, meal prep, laundry, errands, make me a list or just give instructions from your bed! Let me be your helping hands so you can snuggle in bliss, guilt free!
- SIBLING CARE: pick up/drop off for school/activities/lessons etc, park trips, reading time etc. I can help keep their lives as normal as possible allowing rest for mama and time for the family to gradually transition into their new rhythm. Dad going back to work? I'm here for you!
- MOM and BABY: Recovering from birth is no joke! I offer full scope infant care and feeding support and overnight services for mom and baby to optimize rest time while still supporting your parenting goals. Nighttime packages can include bringing baby in only for nursing, or do not disturb for a night of complete rest.
- EXTRAS: Delicious comfort measures to soothe and heal your body from yoni steams, herbal sitz baths, postpartum milk baths, mama-baby milk baths, lactation tea and lattes and desserts!! (all food items can be made lactose free, vegan or gluten free by request) YUM!
